With more than 25 years in martial arts, Jeff has been a full-time coach since 2003 and a martial arts school owner since 2008. He is a 3rd Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Muay Thai Kru Instructor, professional MMA coach, curriculum developer, and martial arts business consultant.
Jeff has coached fighters at the local and regional levels, BKFC professional fighters, and NFL offensive linemen. But his work extends far beyond competition. Through Club MMA and Focused Fight Team, Jeff has helped thousands of students, coaches, and martial arts school owners build stronger skills, stronger programs, and stronger communities.
